1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Push Notifications API, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Push API for commercial and personal purposes under the following conditions:

• You must not misuse the service or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not use the service to send spam or malicious content

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase only.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Push API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
